- Lead the identification and acquisition of new clients, ensuring a strong sales pipeline.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, setting clear objectives and expectations.
about the manager/team

about the requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the IT infrastructure or data center industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of data center solutions, cloud services, and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
