- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in Malaysia, understanding their technical needs and presenting tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of AIOT smart work space solutions, including enterprise digital transformation, physical security systems (CCTV, access control), and other related technologies.
- Lead the preparation and submission of RFx documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance with customer requirements, and alignment with company strategic goals.
- Conduct product and system demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of solutions to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed technical proposals that address customer challenges and articulate the value of our solutions.
- Assist in designing and configuring solutions based on customer requirements, ensuring integration with existing systems and alignment with industry standards.
- Oversee and manage the deployment of projects as requested by clients, ensuring timely and successful implementation of solutions.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies within the Malaysian market, providing insights that drive the continuous improvement of offerings.

about the requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in AIOT smart work space solutions, with a focus on enterprise digital transformation and physical security (CCTV, access control).
- Experience in data centre environments, including BMS, DCIM, and PMS, is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.
- Proficient in system design, technical proposal writing, and conducting system demonstrations. Knowledge of RFx tender processes is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that deliver tangible business value.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
