About the Job
Based at our Kuala Lumpur Headquarters, this strategic role tasks you with capturing and expanding our market footprint across both the Central and Southern regions. You will drive enterprise growth by frequently traveling to Johor to architect comprehensive, high-value transport ecosystems for major logistics players.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive cross-regional business growth by securing new enterprise fleet accounts in both the Central region and the high-growth Southern corridor.
- Build and nurture deep, long-term partnerships with major fleet operators and logistics firms across both strategic markets.
- Design custom, end-to-end commercial proposals that seamlessly integrate vehicle sales with smart financing and premium maintenance packages.
- Coordinate with internal HQ and regional teams to guarantee a flawless, premium delivery experience for corporate clients.
- Travel frequently to Johor for face-to-face client consultations, site visits, and localized market assessments.
- Monitor competitor movements and analyze local industry trends to keep our regional market strategies one step ahead.
Skills & Experience Required
- 2 to 3 years of proven success in Commercial Vehicle sales, B2B Automotive, or Heavy Equipment sectors.
- Strong track record in relationship-driven corporate sales and navigating high-value, complex B2B negotiations.
- Possession of a valid driving license, personal transport, and full readiness for frequent travel between KL and Johor.
- Prior experience working within a truck or heavy equipment dealership is highly advantageous.
