We are currently looking for a Sales Executive for one of the global FMCG leaders in personal care. This position is based in Alor Setar, Kedah, and requires your urgent attention.

the role
- Execute and oversee sales plans, coach distributor sales teams, and implement promotional strategies to drive business improvements.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with distributors and customers.
- Optimise merchandising efforts to maximise shelf presence and monitor product performance.
the experience
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
- Experience managing a team of salespeople and promoters.
- Knowledge using Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Independent and results-driven.
