job description

about the company

Our client is a boutique-sized property developer with GDV in excess of RM1 billion mixed development project in Klang Valley. They put great emphasis on attractive remuneration (base salary + commission) that increases based on individual sales performance.

about the job

  • Handle all incoming sales inquiries including walk-in, phone calls, events and etc.
  • Build and maintain a good relationship with existing customers, actively source and meet potential customers for sales closure.
  • Follow up and arrange a meeting with potential customers to prospect for new business.
  • Execute sales, marketing, and promotional strategies.
  • Liaise with buyers, lawyers and bankers on all relevant documentation to ensure smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Organize, follow up and monitor the completion of sales transactions up to SPA signed and approval of bank loan.
  • Compile and update sales reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Carry out the market survey, compile and analyze data to assist management in determining market trends and customer needs.

about the manager/team

Reporting to the Assistant Sales Manager, she is a hands-on person who has been in the industry for a substantial amount of years. The manager believes in rewarding people based on individual performance. The team works well and has a good team spirit working under this manager.

skills & experience required

  • 2 years of sales experience preferably in property development, banking or insurance industry
  • Degree/Diploma in any field
  • 6 days week (1 day off on weekday), based in Cheras Kuala Lumpur
