Key responsibilities:
- To structure the competency & capability-building program for sales force
- Govern overall sales execution process of internal and external sales force to comply with company expectation. This involves sales visitation, sales execution and other performance analysis
- Monitor and report progress, with focus on sales performance index. Develop corrective actions and continuous improvement programs with Sales Managers of all regions/area
- Establish performance measure for the entire sales organisation, with the focus on functional competencies framework and sales contribution
- Strengthen sales incentives program that appropriately rewards the entire sales organisation in recognition if their sales achievement
skills and experience required
- Tertiary education
- Demonstrated experience of sales force effectiveness/sales capability within the consumer goods industry
- Strong analytical, communication and project management skills
