- Achieve your revenue-based quota by selling solutions, may offer upsell opportunities when applicable.
- Lead and manage a team of 5 Account Manager to build customer base within the Public Sector industry.
- Heading the Public Sector/Government sales division in the company
- Work with Principals to come up with the best solution based on customer needs.
- Work within dedicated territory for established client.
- Mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of products and services to effectively assess client needs and requirements.
- Ability to provide consultative support.
- Manage external competitive pressures and effectively handle objections to retain customers or win new customers.
skills and experience required
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Min 8-15 years of sales experience with a strong knowledge in Government tendering process.
- Team leadership experience is required.
- Able to speak in fluent English.
- Experience working in System Integrator/ Managed Services Partner environment.

about the manager/team
You will be reporting directly to the Sales Director. You are required to build and guide your team to come up with the strategy on building the customer base. You will work closely with stakeholders/vendors while working to resolve customers painpoint by proposing the right solution.
