    Randstad is partnering with a German based MNC company. The company is expanding their footprint in Malaysia and looking for a sales manager as part of their growth strategy.

    duties and responsibility

    • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling or other resources, networks, etc.
    • Follow the leads to plan the customer visit and present the company portfolio including data, services & solutions in Automotive Aftermarket
    • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
    • Achieve the sales targets and outcomes as agreed within schedule
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problem and complaints to maximise satisfaction
    • Know how to coordinate sales effort with other team members;
    • Continuously improve through feedback
    • Able to follow the instructions, process and pricing guidance
    • Report to Sales Leader-SEA for weekly operations

    skill/experience

    • Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree, preferably in any automotive related field;
    • Adequate knowledge of the automotive aftermarket and working experience in the auto parts industry is preferred.
    • 4-7 years Sales experience is required
    • Ability to conduct & support marketing research
    • Proficiency in MS-Office and excel skills
    • Highly motivated and target driven with proven track record in sales
    • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
