Reporting to the National Sales Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- To establish sales structure and developing sales organization for biscuits division.
- To ensure the sales organization operating in proper manners.
- Manage and responsible for the performance of sales force and staffs under the organization.
- Developing the market and business in the assigned territory.
- Expanding sales network and products distribution in designated area.
- Executing and implementing national & micro promotion activity.
- Control and maintaining promotion fund spending on budget.
- Maintaining qualitative and quantitative merchandising and display to enhance products exposure and visibility at trade.
- Feedback market intelligent and competitor’s activity to reform sales and marketing strategies.
- To guide, train and coaching sales personnel.
- To communicate and direct team members to perform according to management direction and objective.
- Attending to issues and problem under the job responsibility.
- To lead and motivate team members to deliver the desire result and quality service to customers.
- Internal and external department communication and coordination.
- Developing major accounts / cream outlets (VS / LTP) in the designated area.
- Maintaining ADSO at healthy level
skills and experience required
- Minimum 7 years of sales management experience in the FMCG industry
- Able to manage a team of sales executive
- A problem-solver, strong business acumen
