the role

Develop and manage new customer accounts within the area, promoting existing frozen seafood products and introducing new products to meet customer needs.
Lead the sales team to maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
Analyse distribution channels and provide strategic advice to management.
Work independently with distributors to drive sales and achieve targets.

the experience

FMCG sales experience in the frozen seafood industry.
Able to bring in sales through existing contacts within HORECA and Retail sectors.
Independent executor with strong leadership and planning skills.
Performance-driven with the potential of uncapped commission.
