This role reports to the the Regional Sales Manager and will be managing a team of 3 people. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share within the Hotel, Restaurant, and Cafe channels across the Klang Valley area. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the beverage industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets in the HORECA channel
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the HORECA sector
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with the company's standards
- Lead and mentor a team of sales executives
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve market presence and sales performance
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the HORECA sector, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Prior team management experience
