Randstad is partnering with a MNC based company that specializes in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and services. The company is expanding their sales team and looking for 2 talented Sales Manager to be based in Selangor and Johor as part of their growing team.
duties and responsibilities
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Serve as primary liaison of technical, commercial and promotion support of all sales activities.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Collaborate with the Sales General Manager in strategizing and shaping the sales channel, working towards attaining the company's set targets and objectives.
- Oversee dealer relationships and foster positive connections while supporting team members in expanding their sales networks and channels.
skill and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
- At least 5 years work experience in HVAC industry
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
