Randstad is partnering with a local based company that specializes in HVAC, air conditioners and refrigeration equipments. The company is expanding their sales team and looking for 2 talented Sales Manager to be based in 1 Penang and 1 Johor.
duties and responsibilities
- To promote sales of air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment for various applications, including hospitals, airports, factories, shopping malls and government buildings.
- Responsible for collaborating with consulting engineers, developers, contractors, architects and building owners.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. Responsible for quotation, proposal and closing of orders to prospects.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
skill and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 8 years working experience in building services industry (HVAC, Ventilation, Plumbing or Electrical Services)
- Good connections with building developers, consultants, contractors and building owners will be an added advantage
- Candidates with prior experience in HVAC related industry will be preferred
