Randstad is partnering with a UK based MNC company that specialize in providing steam solutions. The company is expanding their Malaysia footprint and looking for a Sales Manager to cover their Central and Northern region.

Meet and exceed personal sales targets and support the junior sales team to meet and exceed the overall territory target.Support, guide, mentor and coach sales engineer in the field visiting customersActively support and monitor key projects and customers. The Sales Manager should know at all times the status of all sales opportunities / projects in his territory.skill/experience:
- Must possess at least a Degree in Engineering or any related education qualification; MBA
would be an added advantage. - Minimum 10 year(s) of technical sales experience with 5 years in direct people management
role. - Experience dealing with industrial products such as valve,pipe, flow metering etc will be an added advantage
- Prior experience dealing with clientele within FMCG, F&B, Oil & Gas, fats and oils will be an added advantage
- Strong sales leadership and able to lead, motivate and inspire the team.
Capability in continuous learning on the product, process, market, and management knowledge
