We are currently looking for a Sales Manager (Molecular) for one of the top players in the life science industry, with a legacy of more than 13 years in Malaysia. This position requires your urgent attention.

the role

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share in the molecular division.
• Manage and lead the sales team to ensure they meet their targets and perform at a high level.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and opinion leaders to promote the company’s molecular products and solutions.
• Develop and manage budgets, resources, and expenses related to the molecular sales function.

the experience

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of sales experience in the life science industry and 3 years of experience handling molecular products.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a sales team.
• Strong understanding of the life science market, including customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape.
