- Negotiate terms of sales with clients that will maximize the organization's business interests.
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop the sales team to achieve established sales and profit goals through various sales channels.
- Establish targets for sales team in areas such as sales volume, market share, margin and business development and monitor the performance of the organization against the goals.
- Develops, maintains and improves business relations with all customers of the company.
- Seeks new target customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plans to approach and secure new business for the company.
requirement
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant Sales experience selling Infra Logistics solutions
- Strong client contact/base within Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Logistics industry.
- Strong business acumen and solid understanding of business finance and marketing.
- Proven business success in business analysis, planning and implementation and proven management skills in building and leading effective sales organizations.
about the manager/team
you will be managing the Sales for Malaysia region, and in the future possibly cover SEA region. This is an Individual Contributor role for the time being, and may need to build and manage a team if required in the near future.
