The role will be reporting to the Head of Sales of the organisation. The successful candidate will be playing a pivotal role in motivating and rewarding the top performing agents through memorable incentive travel experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning, relationship management, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
Job Responsibilies:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for agent incentive trips, aligned with company goals and sales targets
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of incentive trips, including destination selection, itinerary planning, activities, accomodations, and logistics
- Collaborate with travel vendors, hotels, and event organizers to negotiate contracts and ensure a seamless execution of trips.
- Monitor budget allocations and expenditures related to incentive trips to ensure financial goals are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for agents participating in incentive trips, providing clear communication, support, and assistance throughout the planning and execution phases.
Job Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Marketing or Business Studies
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the MLM industry
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
