Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for government tender business
Manage and coach a team of sales professionals to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded
Build and maintain strong relationships with key government customers, including health ministries, procurement agencies, and other relevant stakeholders
Identify new business opportunities and market trends, and develop strategies to capitalize on them
Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and regulatory affairs, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and regulatory compliance

the experience

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record of success in selling to government agencies and participating in government tenders
Knowledge of the government tender business and relevant regulations and requirements
Willingness to travel regularly within the designated region
