about the job

  • Leading a team of 3 sales executives with a handful of carefully selected real estate agents.
  • You'll be managing 3 projects with GDV in excess of RM2 billion across Klang Valley covering high-rise and landed properties.
  • Plan and formulate effective sales strategies, campaigns and programs for the assigned projects.
  • Liaise and coordinate with real estate agencies on roadshow arrangements.
  • Maintain good rapport with current and new customers.
  • Gather market feedback, research and share market trends with the sales team.

about the manager / team

Reporting to the HOD, he is a hands on person who has been in the industry for a substantial amount of years. The manager believes in delivering results with minimal supervision. The team works well and has good team spirit working under this manager.

skills & experience required

  • 6 years (manager) working experience in property development industry
  • Diploma in any related field
