    our client is a software house that specialises in mobile app development across industries

    about the job
    the incumbent will be leading a team to follow up with inbound leads and convert them into sales by identifying the requirements and proposing solutions based on their needs.

    • Responsible to ensuring sales team determines and presents the best solutions possible to our prospects in a scalable, efficient manner.
    • Work with the sales organization and management to address any concerns about the sales function in a proactive and positive way.
    • Where possible, provide coaching and guidance for the sales team to ensure development and promotion of excellence.
    • Provide technical assistance and guidance during pre-sales process by identifying customer technical and business requirements, prior to designing solution, consulting with technical teams about capabilities, and supporting business sales teams and account managers on proposal activities.
    • Follow up and ensure time response to all enquiries
    • Work closely with operation and development team to ensure the completeness of each deal.
    • Establish and maintain lasting relationship with clients by exploring specific needs or anticipating new opportunities.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, understand market trends and also update of competitors activities.
    • Manage, provide training and give clear direction and improvements to sales team from time to time.

    requirement

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related courses.
    • At least 4-8 years if experience in Sales background in software house industry.
    • Experience in managing a team.
    • Strong customer service experience with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skil

    this will be a new team and you will be reporting directly to the CEO while managing two (2) sales consultant.
