about the company

Our client is a public listed property developer with pocket land and township developments across Malaysia.


about the job

2 vacancies: Selling completed high-rise residential units across 3 projects in Kuala Lumpur (selling price: RM400k - RM1 million and RM3+ million) and Petaling Jaya (RM400k - RM1 million).

  • Responsible for leading the sales team (4 - 5 people), developing sales strategies, propose attractive sales packages, and provide feedback to HOD to meet the sales target.
  • Constantly analyze prospect databases and propose strategies to move sales to meet the sales target.
  • Motivate, provide feedback, support, and coaching to the sales team to enhance individual development & growth and maintain team morale.
  • Participate in market research and provide input during product development and price-setting stage to assist in developing a market value product.
  • Identify potential opportunities and prepare a product sales kit.
  • Conduct and provide in-house training to sales staff to ensure they are improving their sales techniques, strategies, and skills to achieve sales targets.
  • To attract, retain and develop a sales team to minimize staff turnover rate.

about the manager/team
Reporting to the GM, Sales & Marketing, she is a hands-on person who has been in the industry for around 15 years. The management style of the HOD is macro-management and she believes in delivering results with minimal supervision. The team works well and has a good team spirit working under her.

skills & experience required

  • Local Malaysian with a Degree/Diploma in any related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in managing a high-performance property sales team, focusing on high-rise residential projects.
  • Team player, assertive and self-motivated.
