You will be responsible for sales execution and coordinating the overall aspects of merchandising services to ensure a smooth and successful executions in the dedicated retail outlet.

Job Description:
- Responsible for solving operational issue in the outlet ie. home shelves space issue, promotion display set up, OOS, activation etc.
- Accountable for 4P’s execution in outlets and ensure stocks display is follow planogram guideline provide by TM and Marketing in focusing on key stores.
- Regularly conduct market visit & field audit activation execution and evaluate trade feedback
- Achieve targets (KPIs) as allocated by the Sales Manager
- Collaborate closely cross-functional team (Trade Marketing, CDP-KA, promoter) to ensure efficient and effective campaigns / activation launched
- Maintain strong relationship with store/outlet managers and department managers through regular sales calls
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder from a reputable university
- 2-3 years of relevant merchandiser experience in an FMCG company
- Possess own transportation
