    about the company:

    Randstad is partnering with an international company that specialises in distributing testing,measuring & inspection machinery for the semiconductor industry. The company is going through a growth stage currently and looking for a talented Sales & Service Manager.

    about the team:

    You will be managing a team of 5 people under your wing that consists of a sales engineer, service engineer and sales coordinator. You will be directly reporting to the executive director

    duties and responsibility:

    • Conduct marketing and sales of semiconductor consumable and production equipment. Develop new, maintain existing long term relationships with customers.
    • Conduct market survey & analysis for the life cycle of the products and generate customers' valuable feedback to our own suppliers.
    • Meet regular sales targets and align towards company goals and budget.
    • Handle sales & technical inquiries from customers.
    • Manage sales and service team to provide operational efficiency of services to customers so as to support a sustainable annual growth.
    • Lead the whole service team to support the organizational performance in order to achieve the organization objective skill/experience
    skill/experience:
    • Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree, preferably in mechanical/electrical or any other engineering field
    • At least 4 years of working experience in handling semiconductor test and assembly line of process.
    • Sales & Service related experience in Semiconductor tools will be an added advantage. Must be result-oriented and possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
