We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to join our growing team. As the Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our Salesforce implementation, including design, development, and integration.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Salesforce platform and a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations. You should be a strong leader with the ability to manage and motivate a team of Salesforce developers, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
... - Oversee the technical design,CRM architecture and development of our Salesforce implementation
- Lead a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize technical requirements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and design documents
- Assess different CRM tools to fit business requirements.
- Lead end-to-end solutioning (CRM platform)
- Construct POCs & solutions to fit business desires
- Guaranteeing plans are distributed on time & budget by holding providers accountable for delivering on project milestones and deliverables.
- Reviews, recognises areas for improvement & makes suggestions to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience with the Salesforce platform
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Salesforce certification is a plus
