About the company:

Our client is one of the leading telco company providing platforms, messaging products in more than 200 countries across the globe. They are one of the key players in the market supporting the Malaysia Financial Industry.


  • You will work with various level of business and system personnel to identify business needs and provide technical consultancy and solutions prior to the implementation/Roll out of template.
  • Provide technical assistance to colleagues and assist in resolving problems reported by other team members.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Design, develop, integrate third party components, test, install and support programs/systems.
  • Analyze technical and functional requirements and translate them into software solutions. Understand dependencies toward other systems and teams.
  • Optimization and support on existing process and interface
  • Analyze system issues and provide solutions on timely basis
  • Conduct training to business users or internal IT users in relevant modules.

Skills & Experience.

  • At least Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in SAP programming language SAP ABAP, webdynpro, workflow.
  • Experience in Web Application technology such as: HTML, CSS, Javascript, web services, etc.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • SAP certification is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and solutions across multiple departments.
