- Proactive involvement in an end-to-end implementation of S/4HANA
- Conduct business needs analysis and identify key business challenges with the client teams and key stakeholders
- Identify improvement opportunities to achieve clients’ desired business outcomes
- Define ‘To-Be’ stage of processes, solution application requirement and performance measurements
- Co-develop deployment/enablement strategy, roadmap and plan to achieve ‘To-Be’ stage effectively
- Conduct deployment activities and measure achievement of desired outcomes
- Lead change for S/4HANA Implementation and other related transformational change efforts
- Coach others, recognise their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.
- Develop a point of view on key global trends, and how they impact clients.
- Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarising key points.
about the manager/team
You will work with different stakeholders, liasing with Key Business Users - client side, other Functional & Technical Consultants with aim to improve current system / implement new SAP system with better workflow
about the requirements
- Involvement in planning & leading and executing SAP Implementation / Rollout / Upgrade / Development / Support activities in SAP MM.
- Ability to configure SAP EWM conforming to the Client's standards & requirements and integration experience on any of these modules : PP / QM / LE is good to have but not compulsary
- Sound understanding of EWM process and be able to provide an optimum solution utilizing processes
- Strong capability in business process, configuration, functional specification development, custom object unit test and system integration testing is good to have but not compulsary
- Know-how in design & blueprinting, configuration, functional Specification, unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance test, authorisation, data migration and cutover is good to have but not compulsary
- Those with at least 6 years’ experience in SAP EWM module with 2 full cycle implementation experience is good to have but not compulsary
