As the Scrum Master, you will be responsible for analysing the current company, recommend suggestions to the higher management to build up the structure. These stakeholders can go up to C-suite level management. Your role will also be given the necessary resources as well to support multiple cross functional teams. While coaching the internal team, you will strive to ultimately create a self-organising workflow.

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience implementing Agile practices within medium to large enterprises
- Exposure working with cross functional teams
- CSM/PSM/SAFe certified
