They have been in the industry for about 20 years now and have seen substantial growth not only in the demand for quality but also in managing their projects effectively and efficiently.

about the role

They are seeking a Secretary to support the Chief Executive Officer who you will be reporting directly too as well. Duties and responsibilities listed below ;

  • Make appointments and maintain the CEO’s schedule into the MS calendar.
  • Scheduled/Organized flight itinerary, travel arrangements, visa for CEO.
  • To attend all secretarial and administrative duties.
  • Minutes taking, drafting correspondence letters and etc.
  • Compilation of monthly reports, Management Reports and etc.
  • To ensure that all documents and records are accurate up to date, properly kept and filed.
  • To perform any other task as and when required.

your profile

to be successful in this role you would have to have had experience in a role that comprises at least 3-5 years. Ideally, they are looking for someone in the property or construction industry.They seek a candidate who is able to be hands-on, one that possesses strong attention to detail and the ability to keep highly confidential matters when planning and organizing. Candidates fluent in mandarin would be a plus point or a nice to have, as the role requires the candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients. Candidates with other spoken languages are also open to apply in.
