about the role

As they operate fast-paced by nature, they would require someone independent (self-initiate) and be able to work in a fast pace environment to support the Executive Director of the company. This Secretarial cum Personal Assistant position will be supporting the company ED with;

  • provides support to the Executive Director in all areas of his day to day administrative and operational matters.
  • provides high level administrative, secretarial and business support to the Executive Director.
  • maintains strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management and staff.
  • manage and schedule appointments accordingly, coordinate traveling arrangements and accommodation requirements.
  • undertakes other special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required
  • managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
  • reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence

skills and experience required

  • candidate with working experience of a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience engaging with regulatory agencies or government agency is highly desirable.
  • able to work independently
  • IT savvy
  • able to maintain confidentiality with a high level of integrity and commitment.
  • strong command of spoken and written English.
