about the role

As they operate fast-paced by nature, they would require someone independent (self-initiate) and be able to work in a fast pace environment as a secretary/personal assistant supporting the senior Executive Assistant you would be covering across;

  • managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms
  • file and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners
  • support and facilitate the completion of regular reports and data
  • develop and maintain a filing system
  • check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
  • make travel arrangements
  • document expenses and hand in reports

reporting line

  • Reporting directly o the senior Executive Assistant/Secretary

skills and experience required

  • Proficient in both written and spoken English spoken Mandarin would be a plus point.
  • Good interpersonal, organizational, communication, and time management skills and ability to interact at all levels.
  • Hardworking, possess a positive attitude, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Pro-active, confident, a team player with a strong sense of responsibility, high standards of integrity and possess the drive for self-development.
