• Manage and deploy in house and outsource security to meet company’s security and protection objectives
• Establish and implement site security concept and procedures to employees, visitors, contractors and vendors in accordance with company policies, rules and regulations
• Supervise all security personnel staff and educate them on the various procedures and systems approved by the management
• Conduct crimes prevention campaigns and investigations
• Oversee overall security job scope
• Liason with local authorities in regard to safety and security of the data centre
• Ensure CCTV and fire control system in proper manner at all time
• Assist in CCTV installation, testing and commissioning of fire fighting equipment and system, access control
  and physical security
• Maintain building safety and physical security (firesafety & OSHA) always in good condition
• To prepare ad-hoc reports i.e. accidents, loss time report, non-conformance of safety regulations
• Establish and enforce security policies and procedures to maintain high standards of security and safety
• Create SOP and manual for overall security function and bodyguards in charge of daily operations to
  ensure standard at its highest and professional manner
• Lead plant ERT (Emergency Response Team) execution - Take immediate action in the event of major safety/security incidents and control the situations until the arrival of the relevant body e.g. HSE Manager or Site Management
• Establish and maintain liaison with relevant Government agencies (Police, Fire Brigades, etc.) for security and safety purposes

skills and experience required

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Property/Real Estate Management, Engineering or equivalent
• 5-10 years experience in accessing security systems (CCTV, Access Control System, etc.)
• Well versed with Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) 1996
• Strong formal conduct of operations skills, technical knowledge, personal accountability, and flawless execution of work activities commensurate with a highly critical environment and associated expectations for exceptional customer satisfaction and confidence
• Must be willing to operate after office hours and public holiday, 24 x 7 available on-call, under emergency situation return to Data Centre to conduct investigation
• Strong communication skills and leadership qualities
