Key responsibilities:

Build the brand image, accelerate the growth in sales and gaining market share
Manage the brand architecture with defined product portfolio and product mix to maximise profitability
Develop and execute integrated marketing plan, digital marketing campaigns and consumer promotions which support the brand growth objectives
Work with product development to develop new product innovation and renovation
Manage A&P budget, analyse the performance of online and offline campaigns, track RPIs and constantly updated on consumer and market trends
Work with relevant research and insight agencies to translate data into actionable insights

skills and experience required

Minimum 5 years of brand management experience in the FMCG industry
Strong business acumen, communication skills
Able coach and mentor team member
