You will be reporting to the Head of Marketing.
Key responsibilities:
- develop and implement the vision and marketing plan (strategy) for a category and brand, based on the overall strategy and in order to achieve short- and long-terms sales , profit and market share targets
- work with local team to generate ideas for NPD and implement NPS for local and global brands
- portfolio deployment, range management, media planning, campaign translation and execution, artwork translation, local brand management
- manage a team of brand specialists
skills and experience required
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 5 years of brand management experience in the FMCG industry
- Experienced in the execution of digital marketing activities and market research
- Strong people management and communication skills
