about the job

You will be reporting to the Marketing Manager

You will be responsible for developing the overall vision for the FMCG Personal Care brands and subsequently for all elements of strategic planning, development and implementation, to achieve the KPIs required.

Key responsibilities:

  • Formulate marketing strategies to sustain and build brand awareness to drive the business growth
  • Responsible for overall brand positioning and manage all products launches and marketing activities
  • Monitoring, analysing market trends and opportunities
  • Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts and increasing profitability
  • Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products development
  • Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
  • Works with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams
  • Creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
  • Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition
  • Interviews, hires, and trains marketing staff members

skills and experience required

  • Degree in Marketing Management or other Business related qualification.
  • Minimum 12 years of working experience in FMCG industry
  • Strategic thinker with proven experience of developing and implementing effective and integrated brand plans.
  • Strong communication, presentation and project management skill.
  • Demonstrate strengths in leadership, interpersonal and functional technical skills
