Reporting to the Marketing Manager.
An individual contributor position.
Key responsibilities:
- Define a marketing mix that includes pricing, packaging, sizing, go to market structuring, communication, trade and consumer promotions
- Prepare annual marketing budget and grid
- Prepare media plans with the regional media team; execute events to support brand image
- Manage market and consumer researches and analyse the outputs with the regional research team; track and interpret share of market, share of voice and brand health data continuously
- Develop trade marketing plans in line with marketing strategy and sales priorities
- Prepare and execute all channel-based launch & relaunch programs and in-store display activities, POS materials for the related category
skills and experience required
- Minimum 5 years of brand management experience in the FMCG industry
- Well-versed with consumer research data
- Analytical, communication and project management skills
