You will be reporting to the Marketing Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute short/long terms action plans to grow the product portfolios in terms of its brand awareness, market share and product profitability
- Plan and manage A&P budgets and ensuring ROI for brands portfolio
- Plan and execute the ATL and BTL promotional and advertising activities for all product portfolios
- Drive digital initiatives to market the brands
- Lead and execute the media or public relation activities, promotion, advertisement and marketing campaign effectively to ensure successful product launching and form strategic partnership alliances with agencies and other external stakeholders in driving marketing activities according to timeline
- analyse market insights and trends to sync with consumer research and intelligence to strategise and develop growth plans
- initiate new product development and implement NPD projects relating to specified brands within an agreed timeframe and to agreed financial criteria
