• Assist in formulating and implementing digital marketing strategies with the objective of enhancing brand visibility, endorsing company projects, driving lead generation, and fortifying sales endeavours.
• Oversee the execution of captivating and enlightening digital marketing initiatives, spanning online advertising, social media outreach, email campaigns, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimisation (SEO), blog compositions, articles, and videos. These endeavours aim to captivate and educate potential buyers.
• Work in close collaboration with the sales and marketing departments to devise strategies for lead generation, integrating online mechanisms for capturing leads and leveraging diverse marketing tools to fortify lead-oriented campaigns.
• Support the execution of public relations activities and corporate materials, including the supervision of Annual General Meetings, Annual Reports, and financial disclosures.
• Continuously remain abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging communication technologies, ensuring ongoing professional development opportunities are utilized to enrich knowledge and skills.

requirements and skills

• Degree holder in Marketing/ Public Relations, or an equivalent qualification.
• Preferably 3-4 years of relevant working experience in the property development or construction industry.
• Have experience in design software such as Adobe IIIustrator (AI), Canva etc
• Team player and independent when necessary
