The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible to identify and pursuit new
business opportunities, primarily through lead generation and building relationships/
collaborations for two main service offerings, which is Customer Experience (CX)
and User Experience (UX). CX focusses on clients, who has the intention to outsource contact

The role covers both local and global market landscape.
The individual should possess a strong understanding of the outsourcing business in order to
identify and evaluate potential business opportunities negotiate and close deals. The role is for a
strategic thinker, who is independent and able to develop/ execute short-term/ long-term plans for
business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities via individual lead generation and
organization BD strategies/initiatives.
2. Build and maintain relationships with key top management stakeholders for the
prescribed markets.
3. Negotiate and Close deals with prospective clients.
4. Develop and execute long-term plans for business growth, taking to account market
trends and customer needs.
5. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and
services, as well as industry trends.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product development, and
Operations, to ensure the proposal submitted is in line with the clients’ expectations and
internal delivery capabilities.
7. Track and Report daily/weekly/monthly sales funnel with quarterly target commitments.
8. Attend BD related trade shows and events to network with potential clients.
9. Stay up to date with industry developments and identify new opportunities for business
growth.
10. Ensure the KPIs assigned by the company are met on a quarterly basis.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in the BPO industry.
3. Strong Analytical and Strategic thinking skills.
4. Excellent Negotiation, Interpersonal and Presentation skills with clients.
5. Ability to work independently as we as with a team of sales team.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
7. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
8. Familiarity with Sales Reporting tools and ability to present sales funnel presentations.
