show lessshow more- Implement sourcing strategies to ensure the most efficient procurement of all spend categories in scope.
- To contribute on sourcing and synergy activities for Malaysia’s spend category and to work closely with regional and global procurement teams.
- Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to maximise value and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify and prioritise opportunities to continuously secure the supply and reduce factories purchasing costs according to the targets assigned.
- Managing all contracts related to the indirect category including negotiation and contract finalisation.
- Ensure the acquisition and delivery in the right time, costs and quality of the Goods and Services as expressed by the internal customers.
about the team ::
You will be directly reporting to the Procurement Manager. You will be working in a team of 3
skills & experience ::
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management or relevant fields in Supply Chain sector
- Experience in indirect procurement in Engineering services, CAPEX, MRO will be added advantage.
- At least with 7 years of relevant experience with minimum of 3 years experience in a senior role.
- Proficient in ERP system. (SAP)
- Candidate must have strong communication and negotiation skills
