about the role
With their growing operations, they are currently looking for a Senior Consultant in Rewards to join their team in KL. You will work in a fast-paced environment on a variety of client projects with an opportunity for regional assignments. You will be responsible for total rewards philosophy development, career frameworks, job family architecture, compensation benchmarking and structures, broad-based employee incentive plan design, reward program implementation, etc.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 4 years of relevant experience in a consulting role. You will have expertise in several rewards areas which could include broad-based rewards strategy, executive compensation and data services. You demonstrate a background in strategic problem solving with excellent business and financial acumen. Is that you?
In return, you will get a monthly salary up to RM 9,000 plus attractive benefits and bonuses.
