- Draft, review, and revise contracts, including terms and conditions, ensuring they meet legal and regulatory requirements.
- Work with legal teams to ensure that contracts protect the company’s interests and mitigate risks.
- Ensure that all negotiated terms align with the company’s objectives and risk management strategies.
- Monitor contract performance, including deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
- Identify potential risks associated with contracts and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
- Address and resolve any disputes or issues that arise during the contract term.
- Work with legal teams to handle contract breaches, terminations, or litigation if necessary
