- Handling pre &post tender management and cost planning
- Fully involved in technical matters relating to tendering such as cost calculation, estimation & compilation of required information
- Full involved & experienced in sourcing matters such as sub-contractors, suppliers to get the best deals
- Heading a team of Quantity Surveyors
- In charge of reviewing tender sums, terms and conditions in contract documents so projects tendered/awarded are successful
- Full involved & experienced in tracking project progress and handle contractual disputes to manage project costing

- Being accountable for the entirety of the Contracts & Tender department
- Hands on as well as advisory role offering strategic and technical information to further market penetration
- Responsible for the team's growth and ensuring highest level of output

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Deputy Director and managing a young and energetic team of Quantity Surveyors.
skills and experience required
- 10 to 15 years in pre tender & post contracts of building projects (preferable with factory projects exposure)
- Strong contractual & tender knowledge
- Excellent in cost management & settling contractual disputes
- Good command in English.
