The digital accounts team works as a point of contact for any and all matters specific to accounts and manage clients' campaigns and proactively build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Job Responsibilities:
- Day-today running of client accounts
- Researching and preparing project documentation, presentation, analysis and reports
- Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients
- Regularly interacting with clients regarding campaigns through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meeting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Digital Marketing, Sales, Communications or its equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in the digital marketing field
- Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset and flair for understanding data
- Ability to multi-task in a fast moving environment
