This role works closely with the Performance Marketing Lead, complementing each other's skills and strengths to contribute in the success of marketing campaigns.
Location: Bangsar South, KL

- Build brand awareness through social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube)
- Manage content calendar to ensure a regular schedule of a variety of content across digital channels.
- Prepare copies for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, ads, press releases, website material etc.).
- Monitor corporate branding applications across the projects’ marketing materials to deliver quality corporate brand image consistently.
- Manage the brand’s Content Management System (CMS), updating website-relevant content and blog posts.
- Collaborate, plan, and run advertising/communication campaigns (social media, SEO, email marketing etc.), exhibitions and promotional events.
- Analyse and optimise campaigns to improve targeting and conversion goals
about you
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proven success in marketing strategies and project management.
- Strong creative marketing, copywriting, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing software and content management systems (Hubspot, Wordpress)
- Experienced in various aspects of Digital Marketing (social media marketing, SEO, email marketing, etc).
- Creativity and commercial awareness on B2B marketing and the HR/ employee benefits industry.
