Your future employer is a property investment holding company, currently looking for either a Senior Executive or an Assistant Manager specialising in office leasing.
about the job
- Understand market demand, perform market research and develop feasible leasing strategies for the office tower owned by the company
- Maintain and develop rapport with tenants, agents, business partners, etc.
- Conceptualize and develop strategies that will maximize occupancy of the building
- Prepare activity reports and follow up on status of negotiation with tenants
- Maintain and update tenancy documentation and records
- Conduct property viewings, follow up with prospects, initiate business development calls
- Liaise with tenants or prospects on initiation of lease, termination, rental payment, complaints, enquiries and initiate necessary related action or documentation, including preparation of Letters of Offer and Tenancy Agreements
skills and experience required
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Business or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in leasing
- Driven, ambitious and aggressive character
- Strong communication skills and leadership qualities
