• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance Marketing Communications (Marcom) team to achieve marketing objectives and contribute to a successful business plan.
• Responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience to shoppers through successful campaign execution.
• Collaborate with tenants, contractors, and event companies for the successful execution of projects.
• Coordinate above-the-line and below-the-line communication for mall's events and promotions.
• Create engaging content for social media, monitor platforms, and generate monthly analysis reports.

skills and experienced required

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
• 3 years of experience in publishing industry/marketing agencies or in a similar capacity.
• Experienced in leading a team
• Experience in planning and forecasting budgets.
