This role is critical in driving the development and execution of performance management strategies, employee development initiatives, and learning programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR, performance management, and learning and development, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 3 years of relevant experience. You will have a strong understanding of performance management methodologies, learning theory, and adult learning principles. You are proficient in using HRIS and Learning Management Systems (LMS) for data tracking and reporting.
