The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR, performance management, and learning and development, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 3 years of relevant experience. You will have a strong understanding of performance management methodologies, learning theory, and adult learning principles. You are proficient in using HRIS and Learning Management Systems (LMS) for data tracking and reporting.
