Our client is a boutique-sized property developer with 3 to 4 upcoming projects from now till 2022 ranging from landed to high-rise residentials and shop lots.

about the job

  • Coordinate with real estate agencies on weekly sales report, marketing collaterals and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market surveys, provide details to management and keep track of marketing trends and pricing.
  • Liaise with authorities and ensure advertising license/permit is active and monitored regularly.
  • Monitor competitor’s sales activities.
  • Provide trainings to new real estate companies as and when necessary.

about the manager / team

Reporting to the Director, he is a hands on person who has been in the industry for a substantial amount of years. He is a friendly and supportive person who believes in delivering results with minimal supervision. The team works well and has good team spirit working under this manager.

skills & experience required

  • Minimum 3 years experience in property sales & marketing
  • Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or its equivalent
