job responsibilities

As a Supply Chain Senior Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing, supply & demand planning, logistics and inventory management:

Conduct replenishment planning activities to meet safety stock levels
Create monthly forecast orders based on marketing and expansion plans
Adjust purchase orders or shipments whenever required
Ensure timely orders and resolve any delivery issues that arises
Analyze product, market, and competition for business plan updates
Prepare short-term and long-term sales forecasts and reports
Manage inbound and outbound shipments
Ensure proper store delivery timing and quantity
Analyze sales performance for inventory optimization
Track and manage near expiry items
Organize new stock for promotions/incentives

key skills and experiences

Minimum 3-5 years experience in a FMCG or retail environment
Experienced in Supply Chain, Planning and Logistics
Ability to manage a small team
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in SAP, ERP and / or MS Excel
