job responsibilities
As a Supply Chain Senior Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing, supply & demand planning, logistics and inventory management:
- Conduct replenishment planning activities to meet safety stock levels
- Create monthly forecast orders based on marketing and expansion plans
- Adjust purchase orders or shipments whenever required
- Ensure timely orders and resolve any delivery issues that arises
- Analyze product, market, and competition for business plan updates
- Prepare short-term and long-term sales forecasts and reports
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments
- Ensure proper store delivery timing and quantity
- Analyze sales performance for inventory optimization
- Track and manage near expiry items
- Organize new stock for promotions/incentives
key skills and experiences
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a FMCG or retail environment
- Experienced in Supply Chain, Planning and Logistics
- Ability to manage a small team
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in SAP, ERP and / or MS Excel
