about the job
... - Support the leasing team in negotiating new lease, renewal and termination
- Prepare, review and follow up on all documentations e.g. proposals, letter of offer, tenancy agreements and renewals with related parties
- Prepare all documentations related to tenancy matters, including approval paper, letter of offer, tenancy agreement etc
- Track and monitor all tenancy administrative documentations till completion
- Prepare and liaise with legal department on tenancy agreement, if there are amendments requested by tenants
- Monitor important dates such as expiry, renewal, termination, etc
- Prepare and update weekly & monthly leasing and tenancy report
- Work closely with different departments on matters pertaining to collection, fit out and operation
- Establish and maintain a good relationship with tenants by resolving their issues in a professional way
- Liaise with the company’s solicitor on tenancy agreement and feedback/proposal for amendments upon obtaining approval from the management
- Maintain and update tenants' details in IFCA system
- Follow up closely with tenants on collection of rental and deposit payment
- Provide efficient support in day-to-day administrative works and secretarial function
skills and experience required
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Property/Real Estate Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in tenancy administration, either with retailer or landlord
- Fast-paced and good negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills and leadership qualities
